To evaluate performance of TCEC in implementing that concept, an onsite audit was undertaken. The audit was undertaken through conducting interview, on site observation and document checking. Twelve principles with 48 criteria of turtle-based ecotourism that were in line with the THK were applied on the audit. Results of this research showed that TCEC has successfully fulfiled92% of the referred criteria.
